- Delivery Timeline
- Indoor Houseplants, Outdoor Plants, and Accessories: 5-7 business days.
- Express Delivery: 1-3 business days (available for select locations).
- Timelines may vary during peak seasons, holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances.
- Secure Packaging
We use eco-friendly, secure packaging to ensure that plants like bonsai, bulb plants, and miniature gardens arrive fresh and in perfect condition.
- Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS for real-time updates.
- Delivery Conditions
- Ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order.
- If delivery is missed, we will arrange a second attempt at your convenience.
- Damages and Delays
If your order arrives damaged or is delayed, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery at support@plantmitra.com. We’ll assess the issue and provide a replacement or refund, as appropriate.
